Materials Needed To Make Your Confetti Popper Craft

• Empty toilet paper roll
• Glue stick or glue gun
• pom poms, paper confetti, or another small projectile
• a medium or large balloon
• Scissors
• crayons or pens to decorate
• Free printable decoration design available

Making Your DIY New Year’s Eve Confetti Poppers

1. Cut out the free printable toilet paper roll printable design
2. Glue the printable design to the toilet paper roll.
3. Cut the balloon about halfway up from the fill hole.
4. Tie a knot on the balloon at the fill hole and slip the cut end over the bottom of the toilet paper roll.
5. Use tape or washi tape to wrap the balloon to the toilet paper roll to keep it from coming off.
6. Fill with confetti or pom-poms and pull the balloon bottom to fire the confetti!
