Jelly Bean Counting Activity Printable Mason Jar

For National Jelly Bean Day we are giving away a free printable jelly bean counting activity. This printable contains one page that has colorful jelly beans already included inside the printed jars on the page. The child can count the jelly beans in each jar and then write the correct number of beans in each jar under that jar on the line.

Jelly beans originated in the mid-1800s and are one of the most popular candies in the world today.

Premium Jelly Bean Counting Activity

We are offering two additional premium jelly bean counting activities that are blank forms that you can add your own jelly beans or other small item manipulatives.

The first page of the premium counting activity is simply empty glass jars that you place items into and then have your kids count the number of items and then write the number underneath. This is really convenient as you can print the empty sheet just once and laminate it. You can then re-use the page over and over again and place different amounts into the jars.

The second page of the premium counting activity is a page of three sets of two empty jars set up side by side. In between each of the sets of jars is a less than, more than, and equal to sign. You can also laminate this sheet so that you can re-use the page many times. Simply place jelly beans or your child’s favorite small item manipulative into each jar. Then have your child choose which jar has more jelly beans than the other. They can then choose if it is less than, equal to, or more than.
